STARTER MOTOR 109-110 SERIES

The complexity of the integrated systems of a vehicle all start with igniting a certain electronic device and activating it for full operation known as the starter. All automobiles running all over the world, cars, trucks, vans and sport utility vehicles all need this auto part for initiating the very first operational process. It is an electric motor crafted to convert electricity into mechanical energy by the battery that turns the crankshaft before the pistons operate.
Upon turning the ignition switch of a Car on, a STARTER SMall amount of power from the battery is released. This power goes to the solenoid above the car starter. In this process, the magnetic field that causes pulling force is produced, with which the solenoid plunger moves forward. After which, the attached shift yoke moves the starter drive. The pinion gear will then mesh with the engine crankshaft wheel. The plunger will strike a contact after completing its travels which will result to greater amount of current to flow from the battery to the starter. And then, the motor will spin the drive and turn the meshed gears to supply power to the crankshaft for every cylinder to get prepared for ignition. After the engine start-up the ignition is released to break the starting circuit. Subsequently, the solenoid magnetic field disintegrated and the return spring pulls the plunger back, making the starter motor to automatically shut off and disengage the starter drive.
